Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and at the same time far from the hustle and bustle, “Sa Pedra” is a lovely “open space” flat and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay as a couple.
The furnishings of the house, completely renovated, are in shabby chic style. You will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and microwave oven, 1 bathroom with towels, essentials and a comfortable shower with chromotherapy and washing machine. The flat is equipped with all comforts: Heat pump air conditioning, 43" Smart Tv ultra HD 4K with bluetooth connection, free satellite channels and Tv Sat, Netflix, Rakuten and Chromecast. Free Wi-Fi Internet, Google Home voice assistant, Kindel Paperwhite, Bluetooth audio speaker and safety box. The comfortable memory foam bed was chosen to guarantee a restful sleep, with fresh, clean sheets.The house is completed by a characteristic loft with beanbag chairs, an oasis of relaxation and comfort where you can read a book, listen to music or simply enjoy the silence. Finally, there is a furnished terrace where you can eat surrounded by nature in an oasis of tranquillity. The typically Sardinian setting provides the backdrop for a bright and welcoming environment. Whether you want to cook, dine or simply relax, Sa Pedra is designed to make you feel at home: cosy, practical and peaceful.

Please treat the space with care. We kindly ask guests to leave the house in a tidy condition.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
The separate collection of rubbish is very important in Sardinia, we are particularly strict about this ( please follow the calendar days ). We separate: plastic, glass and cans, paper, dry residue an wet residue. There is an ecological island inside the Residence where you can find bins for plastic, glass an aluminium and paper. Wet and dry residue should be placed in the street near the entrance to garage.
